Holga

I feel like Holga was almost a household name back in 2005 when I originally bought my Holga. The draw was a plastic camera that shoots on 120 film. But shortly after I bought it, it became very difficult to develop film. Places were shutting down, and the place that I had used in Toledo, OH, I had learned that the owner had suddenly died and all operations had ceased.

Stopping at the local photo store here in Indy a few years ago, they said the only known developer of 120 film is in Colorado. They gave me their address, and I mailed out a roll to try. While good, it was pretty expensive.

But the good news is now, I have found a local guy who develops 120 film. Good news for all the 120 film cameras. Things are starting to bounce back.
