I went for a little walk around our block to take a few photos while it was raining and foggy. I wanted to shoot more, but it was just too wet and miserable.
If there’s something I’ve already re-learned about film, it’s that it’s not perfect. Usually if something is off with the photo, it’s the user. In the photo above, I was attempting to get a perfectly squared and centered shot. As you can see, the car is slightly to the left of the frame and the image slightly rotated counter-clockwise.
Not sure what this means. Could be the way I hold this camera, it could also be that the film inside is not perfectly aligned. Could also be the way the scanner scanned and cropped the film. I don’t know. I do know that many of my photos have this little skew to them. Time to go back and try again and see if I get the same results.
